PEAK PERFORMANCE
This is the most requested 1:1 coaching option. Not only will you get a customized workout plan, macros and calculated calories . . you will also get a detailed meal plan. Meal plans include a shopping list, cooking instructions AND calories/macros.
We will check in every weekly through our NWA Body Balance app and I can make changes to your plan based on your goals and progress. We will also visit on the phone every 2 weeks to hold you the most accountable. With this plan, your coach will also be available via video chat and to review your progress tracking as you request. As often as needed!
